CYHU? Reflexiones sobre la campaña en Hollywood Climate Summit

Samuel hails from Barcelona, Spain and believes in the power of storytelling to ignite positive change. He is the Co-Founder and Chief Impact Officer at YEA! Impact, as well as an Executive Producer of the Hollywood Climate Summit and the Can You Hear Us? campaign from Hulu's I AM GRETA (2020). Work for other clients includes Encore, Good Energy Project, Scriptation and the Black Indigenous Liberation Movement among others. As an independent filmmaker, his first feature-length documentary, COLIS SUSPECT (2017), unpacks border security and received the Best First Film Prize at Tetouan’s Film Festival. After completing his B.A. in Film and Television at UCLA, he worked as an Executive Assistant for Sonari Glinton, former NPR Host and founder of DeLite! Media.
With over 12 years in the industry, Cecilia Nessen has produced several internationally acclaimed films with premieres in Cannes, Venice and Sundance. Recent credits include "I am Greta" which received the Guldbagge award for best Swedish documentary and that has been sold to over 40 countries. In 2018 she produced “Bergman - A Year in a Life”, which received an EFA award for best European documentary. Also in 2018 the short film “Vox Lipoma” was nominated for the Short Film Grand Jury Prize at Sundance Film Festival. A year later, Cecilia produced “Hasse & Tage – A love Story” which is one of the most seen documentaries on Swedish cinemas of all time. Soon to be released is “Lena”, a raw and intimate portrait of the great talent Lena Nyman, who was gradually suffocated by the body ideals of the time, poor relationships, and addiction. Nessen has a master’s degree in finance from Stockholm School of Economics.
